Audition Technique - Adults

Cost $150 1 Weeks Class Format: One 3 hour class

Description:

$125 for early registration LA only ($500 in N.Y.)

Instructors - Raymond Jaramillo McLeod & Deborah Kym

This is the only Master Workshop of its kind. It is custom designed for each individual’s progress, regardless of the technique you have learned. You will work one-on-one with two Industry-Recommended Master Teachers in the field of Theatre/TV/Film Performance. Together, with their combined 55 years of performing and 40 years of teaching, they are able to provide you with all the information necessary to accomplish greatness as a performer in a safe, supportive environment with warmth and humor.

Part One: You will audition with a song/monologue and/or cold reading, and your audition will be evaluated along with your headshot and resume, according to current industry standards. You will work one-on-one to strengthen vocal technique/acting choices/physicality. You will be given a series of powerful technique exercises and taught a script interpretation blueprint, inspired by Stella Adler, designed to help you exceed industry standards at your next audition.

Part Two: You will be taken through additional exercises to help overcome any real or perceived obstacles in the way of your performance goals and perform your final audition on-camera (for your personal reference only).
